Match tickets in England are usually provided with membershipcards that grant access to the stadium. The cards are owned by other people but are not personal and can be provided to anyone else. When the membershipcards are delivered, you will receive additional information about how to use the cards. You will have to scan the cards at the entrance of the stadium. You will also receive proof of purchase and details of your seats in the stadium.
The membershipcards belong to someone else. Therefore it could be that there are other matches booked on these cards. The cards will have to be send back to us at our home address. When we send you the match tickets, we will also send a freepost return envelope, in which you can return the cards free of charge. In some cases the cards have to be returned at the reception of the hotel. We will inform you about this upfront.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your booking at Football Ticket Shop. Once we have received your booking, we immediately secure your match tickets. We can’t cancel these bookings at our partners. If you have a valid reason for cancellation, you should contact your personal cancellation insurance.
Upon receipt of your booking you will immediately receive an automated confirmation. Approximately one week before the match, you will receive the necessary information regarding your match tickets.

In England and Germany match dates are usually confirmed 6-8 weeks before the match. In Spain this is only 2 week upfront. It is your own responsibility to check the time and date of your match.
Fortunately, it doesn’t occur often that a confirmed match is rescheduled. When it does happen, we will try to find an appropiate solution together.
