Football Ticket Shop strive to give the best services to you. Unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong. By letting us know, it gives us the opportunity to improve and put it right for you.

To submit a complaint online, go to ‘Contact’ and fill in the Contact Form. We will get in touch as soon as possible. Our team will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.  

After you have filled in the Contact Form, we will get in touch so you know we’ve received your complaint. We will try to resolve your complaint within 14 days. If it’s complicated, it may take a little extra time, but we will keep you up to date with what’s happening. If you don’t agree to this, you may always contact the mediation department of https://www.keurmerk.info/en/home-en/ to which we are affiliated.


Complaints and/or disputes can also be settled via an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, launched by the Commission on 15 February 2016. If your complaint is not being dealt with, you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union.
